Portmarnock Golf Course, Co. Dublin

Description

A new underground amenity, located on the Portmarnock Golf Course, was expertly designed as a partially below ground structure in order to blend into the natural beauty of the environment.

Maxseal Flex, a flexible cementitious waterproof coating, is suitable for both positive and negative water pressure. Maxseal Flex was used to provide a Type A (Barrier Plastering Protection) System as described in BS8102: 2009 to the complete structure.

The SURFASDRAIN system was installed as protection over the waterproofing.
