As part of the renovation works, the waterproofing of the critical points on the balconies was completed using products from Drizoro Construction Products supplied and installed by SURFASOLOGY.
Detailing of the up-stands and critical points was completed using Maxrite 500, a fast setting polymer modified mortar. Maxseal Flex, a flexible cementitious coating, was applied as a waterproofing protection layer.
