Description

Designed by Cantrell & Crowley Architects, this exclusive development of mixed-use development consisting of ground floor retail and 14 residential apartments were built to the highest standard by Dabrena Construction.

SURFASOLOGY were requested to design a suitable waterproofing system for the below ground reinforced concrete, the retaining walls, and the lift-pit area of the structure.

SURFASOLOGY supplied all waterproofing / protection materials, Installation Methods, and On-Site Product Installation Training.

The waterproofing and protection coatings were installed by Dabrena Construction under the guidance of SURFASOLOGY.

Jamie has spent over ten years working as a Quantity Surveyor with a background in the construction industry (from residential build to pharma projects). All this contributed to his thorough understanding of the requirements and priorities when performing his tasks of a Quantity Surveyor.
