SURFASOLOGY is an evolution of IBC Limited (Irish Building Chemicals) that has been serving the Irish Construction Industry with high-efficacy systems and solutions since 1976. Our ethos has always been to provide the best technical solution to each project to ensure ease of application and long-term performance.

The products and systems have always been supported with highly-qualified technical professionals who understand both on-site demands and the design detail.
We have worked in a collaborative way with our clients at all stages of the project to ensure that the correct design, preparation, and application are carried out to ensure a timely and successful outcome for all stakeholders.
However, as material and systems quality depend on correct application, SURFASOLOGY created their own application team to carry out supply and fit projects with the intention of having a complete quality control of the installation process.

SURFASOLOGY are delighted to introduce the SECURE SEAL Quality Assurance Programme that covers our supply and fit services in the areas of structural waterproofing, damp-proofing, and concrete repair.

SURFASOLOGY™ SECURE SEAL Quality Assurance Programme includes:

  • Design Assistance
  • Installation Guidance and Support
  • Site Inspection – periodic oversight and inspection of application and sign off on installation prior to concrete placement.
  • Performance Warranty
  • Ancillary Certification Sign-off in order to satisfy the requirements of the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations, SI No. 9 of 2014

Jamie brings our team a wealth of knowledge in project costs management, from the cost and risk analysis to the preparation and submissions of tenders and valuations.


Jamie has spent over ten years working as a Quantity Surveyor with a background in the construction industry (from residential build to pharma projects). He has been involved in all aspects of construction collaborating with small builders and large contractors on projects of varying sizes and scale. All this contributed to his thorough understanding of the requirements and priorities when performing his tasks of a Quantity Surveyor.


On a personal note, Jamie enjoys playing soccer and is a true golf fanatic. He enjoys travelling and fine dining.
