Beechgrove Developments were the Main Contractors for the renovation and refurbishment works to the main house and the out-houses of this beautiful privately owned residence.

Beechgrove consulted SURFASOLOGY regarding the most suitable form of waterproofing for use on this project.

It was agreed that a Type C Drainage Board System would be the most suitable system and SURFASOLOGY were contracted to complete the installation of the System.

SurfaPore C, a high quality water-repellent and protection solution was supplied by SURFASOLOGY and applied by Beechgrove Developments to the external facade of the structure.

Jamie has spent over ten years working as a Quantity Surveyor with a background in the construction industry (from residential build to pharma projects). All this contributed to his thorough understanding of the requirements and priorities when performing his tasks of a Quantity Surveyor.
