| Waterproofing of the balconies and duplex landings were complete using the Drizoro Waterproofing System. Maxseal Flex, a flexible waterproof cementitious coating, was proposed as the best suited system solution. The inclusion of the glass fibre mesh – SURFASMESH Pro 165 – increases the tensile and flexural strength of the coating and provides a root resistant surface.
The works were carried out by the SURFASOLOGY application team.
